Dr. Mohan Sidhan leads Vyosoft in business strategy, business development, customer success and drives innovation in global delivery capabilities. He has more than thirty years of software industry experience spanning many business domains and emerging technologies. Mohan has travelled extensively for offering consultation to customers within India and international organizations in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom and United States.

Mohan Sidhan’s passion for applying AI to industrial solutions started from 1992, when he developed few rule-based systems for research and industry applications. He is a strong advocate of AI revolution to solve complex business challenges and improve human quality of life. At the same time emphasize on developing AI solutions based on ethical practices, data privacy norms, adherence to ESG goals and responsible use of AI.

Mohan Sidhan while living at Horsham, United Kingdom in beginning of year 2001 set off to build an offshore IT capability center in India. The objective was to build extended technical team and encourage software talents available in India to offer quality IT outsourcing to corporates in United Kingdom and global clientele.

Vyosoft started off with ten persons as outsourced product development team focused on UK insurance and financial services sector. The “PAC Builder”, for a UK based company was an IDE designed as a tool for building Product Application Component (PAC). A PAC is a self-describing document that provides all the necessary information required to create visual representation of an electronic application form. PAC’s are stored as the Industry Standard Markup Language (ISML).

Vyosoft continues to offer bespoke software solution in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, insurance, warranty, railway, and many other verticals on diverse technologies.

Mohan Sidhan has been involved in a number of social initiatives including promotion of youth entrepreneurship and mentoring youth in the community projects.

Mohan Sidhan holds a PhD in Computer Applications and Engineering Education from University of Madras, a Master of Computer Applications degree from Department of Computer Science, Bharathiar University and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Bharathiar University. Mohan Sidhan completed his school education at Sainik School, Amaravathi Nagar.
